Workouts should take you anywhere from 40-60 minutes.

What You Need:
This is a at home based program and you will need access to:
- Resistance Bands
- Dumbbells (optional- there will be options for Band and Dumbbell and Band only so if you do not have access to dumbbells that is ok)
The exercise library will be available to you through the app/desktop for a guaranteed 6 months after purchase date.
